Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0681-6142 IWG75 universal internal wastegate actuator is engineered to improve boost control on a broad range of turbocharger applications. Its pre-set 14 PSI base spring and Turbosmart IWG75 design increase effective diaphragm area and working ratio compared with many stock actuators, helping the turbo to reach and maintain boost earlier and more consistently across the RPM band. This results in more predictable turbo response and improved driveability.

Constructed from high-strength billet aluminum with a corrosion-resistant black anodized finish, the TS-0681-6142 also features a heat-tolerant silicone/Nomex diaphragm and a robust stainless steel rod and clevis for durability under demanding conditions.
