Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0601-2182 IWG75 Wastegate Actuator is a performance upgrade designed specifically for the 2005-2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX equipped with the 2.0L turbocharged 4G63 engine. Engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory TD05H turbocharger actuator, this unit improves boost control by increasing the actuator's working ratio and diaphragm surface area. This allows the turbo system to achieve peak boost earlier and maintain it more consistently through the RPM range.

The actuator is supplied with an 18 PSI base spring (1.24 bar), providing a higher boost threshold compared to many factory actuators. While the 14 PSI version is designed as a direct OEM replacement, higher pressure versions such as this model may require ECU tuning or recalibration to achieve optimal performance and safe operation.
