The Turbosmart TS-0601-3182 IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is a high-performance upgrade engineered for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X equipped with the factory TD05H turbocharger. Featuring an 18 PSI base boost spring, this actuator increases boost control precision and turbocharger responsiveness compared to the factory actuator, helping the turbo achieve peak boost earlier while maintaining stronger boost pressure throughout the RPM range.

The IWG75 design improves the actuator's working ratio by increasing diaphragm surface area and optimizing spring characteristics. This allows the actuator to apply greater mechanical leverage against boost and exhaust backpressure, delivering improved boost stability and a broader torque curve during acceleration. The assembly features a billet aluminum housing, stainless steel rod, and Turbosmart's heat-resistant Silicon Nomex diaphragm for durability under extreme turbocharger temperatures and pressure levels.
