Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0208-1112 Race Port Blow Off Valve is engineered for high-horsepower turbocharged engines that require rapid boost pressure relief and maximum airflow. With a large 50mm valve seat capable of flowing approximately 330 CFM, the Race Port series is designed for high-boost environments commonly found in motorsport, drag racing, and large-frame turbo street builds. The vent-to-atmosphere configuration releases excess pressure when the throttle closes, preventing compressor surge and protecting the turbocharger.

Manufactured from CNC-machined billet aluminum, the valve provides excellent durability and consistent sealing even under extreme boost levels. The quick-release V-band mounting system simplifies installation and maintenance, while the included interchangeable spring kit allows the valve to be tuned for different engine vacuum and boost characteristics.
