Product Description

The Turbosmart FPR6 (TS-0404-1023) is a high-performance -6AN fuel pressure regulator engineered for EFI street and race applications requiring precise, stable fuel pressure control between 35 and 80 psi. Built on a true 1:1 boost-referenced design, the FPR6 automatically increases fuel pressure in proportion to rising manifold pressure - keeping the fuel pressure differential across the injectors constant and preventing lean conditions under boost. This ensures accurate air-to-fuel ratios from idle all the way through full boost, making it an essential upgrade for any forced induction build running high-flow injectors or an upgraded fuel pump.

The FPR6 body is CNC machined in-house from billet aluminium and assembled with a stainless steel valve seat and Milspec diaphragm. This combination delivers reliable long-term durability under sustained heat and fuel pressure cycles while maintaining compatibility with the full range of modern fuel types - including E85, methanol, race fuel, and leaded blends. Pressure adjustments are made quickly via the locking collar system without tools, and the 1/8 in. NPT port accommodates a fuel pressure gauge or data logger for real-time monitoring. With a rated capacity of up to 1200HP, the FPR6 is a capable solution for high-power street and track builds running -6AN fuel systems.

The -6AN port size makes the FPR6 the ideal choice for builds where packaging or existing fuel line sizing calls for a smaller fitting than the FPR8 or FPR10. Builders on carbureted or low-pressure fuel systems should select the FPR6 LP variant instead, rated for 3-20 psi.
