The Turbosmart FPR6 (TS-0404-1021) is a high-performance -6AN fuel pressure regulator engineered for EFI street and race builds requiring precise, stable fuel pressure control between 35 and 80 psi. Operating on a true 1:1 boost-referenced design, the FPR6 automatically raises fuel pressure in direct proportion to rising manifold pressure - maintaining a consistent differential across the injectors and preventing lean conditions under boost. This makes it an essential upgrade for any forced induction build running high-flow injectors, an upgraded fuel pump, or a combination of both.

Every FPR6 body is CNC machined in-house from billet aluminium and assembled with a stainless steel valve seat and Milspec diaphragm - a pairing that delivers long-term reliability under sustained heat and pressure cycles while remaining fully compatible with the most demanding fuel types available, including E85, methanol, race fuel, and leaded blends. Pressure adjustments are made quickly and precisely via the locking collar system without tools, and the 1/8 in. NPT port accepts any standard fuel pressure gauge or data logging sensor for real-time monitoring. With a rated flow capacity supporting up to 1200HP, the FPR6 handles the full range of performance street and track builds running -6AN fuel systems.

The -6AN ORB port design makes this regulator the right fit for builds where packaging or existing fuel line sizing suits a smaller fitting than the FPR8 or FPR10 series. Builders on carbureted or low-pressure fuel setups should instead select the FPR6 LP variant, rated for 3-20 psi. Optional accessories including fuel rail adapters for popular makes, a billet mounting bracket (TS-0402-1141), and a 0-100 psi fuel pressure gauge (TS-0402-2023) are available separately.
