Fitment Notes

• Direct bolt-on replacement for the factory intercooler - installs in the OEM location using factory mounting points, locating pins, grille shutter shroud, and charge pipes. No cutting, trimming, or fabrication required.

Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-PK-1003 is the Silver / VTA variant of the direct bolt-on performance intercooler and blow off valve upgrade kit for the 2011-2025 Ford F-150 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost, including the Raptor. It is functionally identical to the TS-PK-1001 (Black/VTA) - delivering the same 80% increase in cooling surface area, the same 20" x 12" x 3" bar and plate core with cast aluminum CFD-optimized end tanks, and the same Turbosmart Kompact EM VTA blow off valve - finished in silver powder coat rather than black. The silver finish reflects underhood heat and provides a clean, polished appearance suited to engine bays where the intercooler is visible.

The factory F-150 EcoBoost intercooler is prone to heat soak under sustained high-load conditions, causing a noticeable drop in power and responsiveness during repeated pulls or extended high-speed operation. The Turbosmart bar and plate core design with 80% more cooling surface area and significantly higher thermal mass addresses this directly - taking substantially longer to heat soak and recovering faster between pulls. The Kompact EM VTA blow off valve uses Turbosmart's patented EM Technology for seamless factory ECU integration: no check engine lights, no fault codes, and no tune required.
