Fitment Notes

• Direct bolt-on replacement for the factory intercooler - installs in the OEM location using factory mounting points, locating pins, grille shutter shroud, and charge pipes. No cutting, trimming, or fabrication required.

The factory F-150 EcoBoost intercooler is a well-documented weak point - sized for stock performance on a budget, it is prone to heat soak under sustained high-load conditions, causing reduced charge air density, retarded ignition timing, and a noticeable drop in power during back-to-back pulls or extended high-speed operation.
