Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0204-1152 is a GenV RacePort 50mm blow-off valve in Black, specifically configured for supercharged competition-level engines. The RacePort series is famous for being an exceptionally small and lightweight BOV -- 50% lighter and 25% smaller than competing 50mm valves while flowing over 330 CFM through the 2.0-inch inlet, making it the highest-flowing BOV of its type on the market. The supercharger-specific version features a softer Pink spring rated at 4 InHg, calibrated to stay sealed when the supercharger is still producing positive boost pressure at idle and low throttle, then open cleanly under full-throttle blowoff conditions.

Constructed from billet 6000 series aluminum with MIL-Spec hard anodized valve guide and stem, the GenV RacePort delivers extreme durability in the harshest racing environments. Turbosmart's specialized hi-temp silicone Nomex diaphragm system provides the fastest valve response on the market, while the boost-balance technology and positive sealing valve seat ensure complete seal integrity under all boost levels. The quick-release aluminum V-band collar allows rapid installation and removal, and the collar-secured cap enables quick spring changes without disassembling the valve from the piping. Twin 1/8" NPT reference ports offer flexible hose routing options. The activation range spans 4-26 InHg with interchangeable springs (Orange 8 InHg, Green 15 InHg, and Blue 18 InHg available separately). An optional valve position sensor cap upgrade is available for data acquisition. Includes profiled alloy weld-on fitting, V-band assembly, and vacuum fittings.
