Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0204-1144 is a GenV RacePort 50mm blow-off valve in Red with a female flange designed to fit Tial Q-style and other peer/competitor weld-on flanges, making it a direct changeover upgrade without the need for additional welding or flange modification. The RacePort is renowned as an exceptionally compact and lightweight competition BOV -- 50% lighter and 25% smaller than competing 50mm blow-off valves while flowing over 330 CFM through its 2.0-inch inlet, making it the highest-flowing BOV of its type on the market. The CFD-driven internal flow structures and unique locking collar design are engineered for maximum response speed and airflow efficiency on turbocharged competition engines.

Constructed from billet 6000 series aluminum with MILSPEC hard-anodized valve guide and stem, the GenV RacePort features Turbosmart's proprietary hi-temp silicone Nomex diaphragm for the fastest valve response available, paired with Boost Balance Technology and a positive sealing valve seat to eliminate boost creep and ensure consistent, reliable operation even at extreme boost levels -- proven on competition and record-holding pro-mod and diesel race engines exceeding 120 PSI. The valve ships with a blue spring installed (-18 to -14 InHg), with four additional user-configurable springs available separately to tune the valve for specific boost levels and applications. Twin 1/8" NPT reference ports allow flexible hose routing for convenient installation. A hall-effect valve position sensor cap upgrade (TS-0204-3110) is available for data logging.
