Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0204-1141 GenV Race Port is a 50mm vent-to-atmosphere blow-off valve engineered for competition-level turbocharged engines. This female flange variant is designed to mount directly to existing Tial Q-style weld-on flanges, making it a direct drop-in upgrade without the need for a new weld-on fitting. Machined from billet 6000 series aluminum with a blue anodized finish, the GenV Race Port flows 330 CFM -- the highest of any BOV in its class -- while being 50% lighter and 25% smaller than competing designs. The valve's Boost Balance Technology ensures positive sealing at any boost level, and the high-temperature silicone Nomex diaphragm delivers the fastest response time on the market.

The quick-release aluminum V-band collar allows fast installation and removal, while twin 1/8" NPT reference ports provide flexible plumbing options. A blue spring rated at -18 to -14 inHg is pre-installed, and four additional spring rates are available separately for fine-tuning to specific boost and vacuum levels. An optional valve position sensor cap upgrade is also available for data acquisition. This valve is rated for approximately 2,500 HP of bypass flow capacity and has been validated on competition engines running over 120 psi of boost.
