Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0207-1002 Power Port Blow Off Valve is engineered for extreme turbocharged applications that demand maximum airflow and fast pressure relief. Featuring a large 2.5-inch inlet capable of flowing more than 600 CFM, the Power Port series is designed for high-boost and high-horsepower setups commonly found in drag racing, time attack, and large-frame turbo street builds. The vent-to-atmosphere design rapidly releases excess boost pressure when the throttle closes, helping protect the turbocharger and maintain compressor efficiency.

Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum, the valve offers exceptional durability and heat resistance under demanding conditions. MILSPEC hard-anodized valve components reduce wear while maintaining consistent sealing even under very high boost levels. The quick-release V-band collar allows easy installation and fast servicing, while interchangeable springs allow tuning for various engine vacuum levels between approximately 4 and 20 inHg.

The TS-0207-1002 Power Port BOV is designed for universal turbocharged applications and requires custom installation by welding the included flange to intercooler or charge piping. It is ideal for custom performance builds where maximum airflow, reliability, and tunable boost control are required.
