Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0223-3002 is the factory replacement solenoid for the Kompact EM range of blow-off valves, covering the VR2, VR7, VR11, VR13, VR18, and VR22 Dual Port and Plumb Back variants. The solenoid is the electro-mechanical heart of the Kompact EM system - it governs the internal pressure control channels that allow the valve to actuate faster than the OE unit while maintaining full compatibility with the factory ECU's diverter valve control strategy. Solenoid degradation over time can cause slow or inconsistent valve response, audible compressor surge, or complete actuation failure, all of which this replacement addresses without requiring the entire BOV to be replaced.

The kit ships ready to install, with a pre-terminated wiring loom and an OEM-matched connector that fits directly into the vehicle's existing diverter valve plug.
