Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0223-1086 Kompact EM Series Dual Port VR3 blow-off valve is a direct, plug-and-play replacement for the factory electronic diverter valve on the 2017-2022 Jeep Wrangler JL equipped with the 2.0L Hurricane turbocharged inline-four. Built from CNC-machined billet aluminum with high-temperature O-rings and an integrated proprietary solenoid, the Kompact EM eliminates the cracking and leakage failures common to the OEM plastic diverter valve while delivering improved boost holding, throttle response, and turbocharger longevity.

The Dual Port design vents excess boost both to the atmosphere for an audible BOV sound and back into the air intake for clean ECU compatibility. Turbosmart's patented Boost-Balance valve design seals tighter as boost rises, and the integrated solenoid and internal pressure control channels retain complete OE electronic control with no reference hoses, separate solenoids, or adapters required. Installation involves unplugging and unbolting the factory valve and installing the Kompact EM in its place -- typically a 1-hour job with basic hand tools.
