Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0203-1032 Kompact BOV is a direct-fit billet aluminum upgrade for the factory plastic blow-off valve on the 2017-2023 Hyundai i30 N-Line and Kona N-Line, and the 2017-2022 Veloster N-Line (all 1.6L Turbo). The OEM plastic BOV is prone to leaking and cracking under boost pressure -- the TS-0203-1032 replaces it with a billet CNC aerospace-grade aluminum unit featuring high-temperature seals that provide a complete seal across the bypass aperture for maximum performance and reliability. Ships in Dual Port mode, venting partially to atmosphere and partially back to the intake for a balance of sound and ECU compatibility. The included blanking plug converts it to full Plumb Back mode for quiet, OEM-style recirculation with no additional parts required.

Both modes eliminate compressor surge and cavitation under hard acceleration and deceleration, protecting the turbocharger and improving throttle response. The anodized finish provides long-term corrosion resistance. All components are manufactured, assembled, and validated in-house at Turbosmart HQ. Not CARB compliant -- for off-road and race use only. For 2.0L i30 N, Kona N, and Veloster N applications, use TS-0203-1036.
