Product Description

The Turbosmart Kompact Dual Port & Plumb Back BOV (TS-0203-1033) is a direct-fit, billet aluminium replacement for the factory plastic diverter valve on the Hyundai i20N. This is the dedicated valve for the i20N's 1.6L turbocharged engine and is not interchangeable with the 2.0L N-series fitments - the i30N, Kona N, and Veloster N use the TS-0203-1036, while i30 N-Line, Kona N-Line, and Veloster N-Line 1.6L applications use the TS-0203-1032. The factory plastic valve is prone to cracking and leaking at higher boost levels, and the Turbosmart Kompact resolves this with aerospace-grade aluminium construction and high-temperature seals that maintain a complete seal across the bypass aperture regardless of boost level.

In its default Dual Port configuration, the valve stages its venting between recirculating and partial atmospheric, keeping the engine's ECU and airflow meter happy at lower boost while providing enhanced sound and performance when boost builds. For drivers who prefer complete recirculation and a stock sound, the included blanking plug converts the valve to a full Plumb Back configuration in minutes. Installation is a direct bolt-on at the OEM diverter valve location on the i20N's intake piping - no modifications required.
