Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0205-1009 is a BOV5 Dual Port blow-off valve in blue anodized finish with a vehicle-specific flange for the 2008-2014 Subaru WRX, 2005-2009 Legacy GT, 2007-2013 Mazdaspeed 3, 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed 6, and 2007-2012 Mazda CX-7 turbo models. The 38mm positive-seal piston uses Turbosmart's motorsport-proven boost-balance technology -- the more boost fed to the valve, the tighter it seals -- ensuring zero boost leak under all operating conditions. The dual port design recirculates 50% of the air back into the intake for ECU and MAF sensor compatibility while venting the remaining 50% to atmosphere through the staged trumpet for the signature BOV sound.

Three BOVs in one: the included hardware allows conversion to full Supersonic (100% atmospheric) by installing the blanking plug into the recirculating port, or full Plumb Back (100% recirculate) for silent operation. The adjustable spring tension lets the user fine-tune the opening threshold to match boost levels -- preventing both boost leak (too soft) and compressor surge (too stiff). Precision-machined from billet aluminum with a matched piston for maximum response, each valve is individually tested before shipping. Capable of flowing over 800 HP worth of air for compatibility with stock through heavily modified turbo setups. Designed and manufactured in Sydney, Australia.
