Product Description

The Turbosmart TS-0550-3006 is the genuine OEM-spec diaphragm replacement kit for the GenV PowerGate60 (WG60) Standard external wastegate. The diaphragm is the primary wear item in any pneumatically actuated wastegate - over time and under sustained thermal and pressure cycling, diaphragm fatigue can result in reduced boost control sensitivity, inconsistent boost response, or actuator pressure loss. Replacing the diaphragm with a genuine Turbosmart kit restores the wastegate's actuator performance to as-new factory specification without requiring full unit replacement.

The 98mm diaphragm is sized specifically for the GenV PowerGate60 actuator housing and includes the integrated spring seat to ensure correct spring preload geometry is re-established upon reassembly. The valve retaining clip and spring washer are included to complete a full, correct diaphragm replacement, and the 25mm hex diaphragm tool ensures the assembly can be torqued and seated correctly without risk of diaphragm damage during installation.

This kit is compatible with all spring pressure and color variants of the GenV PowerGate60 Standard wastegate. It is not compatible with Gen4 or earlier Turbosmart wastegates, and it is not compatible with the GenV PowerGate60 CG (Compressed Gas / CO2) variant - owners of CG units should use TS-0550-3061 instead.
