• Does NOT fit GenV HyperGate45 or ProGate50 CG (Compressed Gas / CO2) wastegates - for CG variants, use TS-0550-3060.
• Compatible with all GenV HyperGate45 and ProGate50 Standard color and spring pressure variants (7 PSI, 14 PSI, Black, Blue, Red, Purple, Sleeper, etc.) using the standard diaphragm actuator.

The Turbosmart TS-0550-3005 is the genuine OEM-spec diaphragm replacement kit designed for the GenV HyperGate45 (WG45) and ProGate50 (WG50) Standard external wastegates. The diaphragm is the primary wear component in any pneumatically actuated wastegate. Over time and under sustained thermal and pressure cycling, diaphragm fatigue can result in reduced boost control sensitivity, inconsistent boost response, or pressure loss through the actuator. Replacing the diaphragm with a genuine Turbosmart kit brings the wastegate's actuator performance back to factory specification without the cost of full unit replacement.

The 84mm diaphragm is sized specifically for the GenV HyperGate45 and ProGate50 actuator housing and incorporates an integrated spring seat to ensure correct spring preload geometry is re-established on reassembly. The included valve retaining clip and spring washer complete the hardware needed for a full, correct diaphragm service, and the 25mm hex diaphragm tool ensures the assembly can be seated and torqued properly without risk of damage to the diaphragm or housing bore during installation.
