Product Description

The Turbo XS HC15T-HYB-BLU Hybrid Blow Off Valve is engineered specifically for turbocharged 10th-generation Honda Civic models equipped with the 1.5L turbocharged engine. This direct bolt-on upgrade replaces the factory bypass valve and provides a hybrid venting system that partially recirculates boost pressure while venting some air to the atmosphere. The design preserves smooth engine operation while delivering the signature turbo blow-off sound during shifts.

At the core of the valve is a large 44mm piston paired with high-temperature Viton O-rings that maintain reliable sealing under high boost pressure and extreme turbocharger outlet temperatures. The precision CNC-machined 6061 aluminum body ensures durability, while the anodized blue finish offers corrosion resistance and a clean performance appearance under the hood. The valve also incorporates a stainless steel banjo fitting and low-profile banjo bolt for a compact, high-quality installation.

Turbo XS designed the hybrid airflow path so that a portion of the discharged boost is recirculated back into the intake system. This helps maintain proper airflow balance for the ECU while still providing aggressive atmospheric venting and improved turbocharger response between shifts. Fitment is confirmed for the 2016-2019 Honda Civic Sport 1.5T and 2017-2020 Honda Civic Si models. Fitment beyond 2020 has not been officially confirmed at the time of listing.
