The Tuff Country 20816 Axle Pivot Drop Brackets are designed to restore proper front axle pivot geometry for 1983-97 Ford Ranger and 1991-97 Ford Explorer 4WD vehicles that have been lifted approximately 4" in the front. When a truck or SUV is lifted without lowering or re-indexing the factory axle pivot brackets, alignment problems and early suspension wear can occur. This kit drops the axle pivots back toward stock positioning and includes camber-adjust bolts to fine-tune front end alignment.
