Product Description

The Tuff Country EZ-Ride Poly Control Arm Bushing & Sleeve Kit (91304) is a complete replacement bushing set designed specifically for the front upper and lower control arms included in Tuff Country 4.5" and 6" lift kits on the 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD. Over time, the polyurethane bushings in lifted suspension systems wear and develop play, leading to looseness in the front end, increased tire wear, and reduced steering precision. This kit replaces all 16 front control arm bushings and their sleeves in one shot, restoring the tight, responsive feel the lift kit delivered when new.

Tuff Country's EZ-Ride polyurethane formulation provides less deflection and longer service life than rubber bushings, resisting degradation from grease, oil, road chemicals, and UV exposure. Important: this kit is engineered for Tuff Country lift kit control arms only - it does not fit OEM control arms, long arm lift kit applications, or control arms from other manufacturers. Backed by Tuff Country's limited lifetime warranty.
