Fitment Notes

• Will NOT fit Moroso oil pickup - incompatible with Moroso baffled pickup tube
• Tested to fit with most aftermarket headers; confirmed fitment with ETS and Killer B headers
• Perrin header requires minor modification - compress the primary upper tube slightly downward toward the lower tube for clearance
• Requires use of the included V2 HD oil pickup - OEM pickup is NOT compatible with the V2 pan depth
• Professional installation recommended; alignment of pickup and baffle components requires care during assembly

The Torque Solution V2 HD Oil Pan Race Kit (TS-SU-599V2-R) is a complete oil system upgrade for Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 engines, combining the V2 HD cast aluminum oil pan, V2 HD stainless steel oil pickup, and Race windage tray into a single package. The stock EJ oil system has well-known vulnerabilities - the OEM plastic oil pickup is prone to cracking and causing catastrophic oil starvation failures, and the shallow OEM pan offers no protection against oil slosh under hard driving. This kit addresses both failure points comprehensively.

The V2 pan delivers a 6-quart capacity (over 30% more than stock), welded internal baffles, and CNC'd cooling fins to reduce oil temps, all sealed with a seamless FKM O-ring gasket that requires no gasket scraping. The Race windage tray adds an additional layer of baffling for sustained high-g and racing use. The V2 HD stainless steel pickup is mandrel bent and TIG welded from heavy-gauge material with a large stainless mesh screen - essentially bulletproof compared to the OEM unit.
