Product Description

The Torque Solution TS-BOV-562-2.0T is a CNC-machined billet aluminum adapter flange that allows direct, no-weld installation of an HKS blow-off valve onto the factory diverter valve location of the 2018-2021 Kia Stinger 2.0T, 2019-2023 Hyundai Veloster N, 2021-2024 Hyundai Elantra N, and 2022-2024 Hyundai Kona N. Unlike basic BOV sound plates that keep the factory DV in place, this adapter fully replaces the factory diverter valve flange, enabling a proper HKS BOV installation with a full atmospheric vent - the upgrade of choice for owners who want true BOV performance and sound rather than a partial atmospheric conversion.

The machined O-ring groove on the bottom of the flange seals directly to the OEM turbo outlet gasket, and new O-ring hardware for the HKS BOV is included alongside four stainless hex bolts for a complete, clean install. Note that because this adapter allows the charge air to vent to atmosphere, a supporting tune is recommended to prevent AFR issues, particularly on speed density or MAF-based tune setups. The HKS BOV itself is sold separately.
