Product Description

The Torque Solution TS-EV8-001 is a polyurethane engine mount insert kit for the 1998-2006 Mitsubishi Evolution V through IX, designed to replace the degraded inner rubber material inside the OEM engine mount housing without requiring a full mount replacement. Each kit provides two polyurethane halves and a center steel sleeve for one mount, and fits both the RH (cam/driver side) engine mount and the LH (transmission side) mount on both 5-speed and 6-speed MR models. The 75A durometer polyurethane eliminates the flex and compression that cause wheel hop, traction loss, and imprecise throttle response under hard acceleration - without the harsh vibration of fully solid mounts.

To replace both mounts, two kits are required. The inserts press into the existing OEM housings, making this a straightforward, cost-effective performance upgrade compared to purchasing full replacement billet mounts.
