Product Description

The Torque Solution TS-BOV-678 is a CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum blow-off valve adapter covering the 2.7T L3B turbocharged four-cylinder across five GM platforms: the 2019-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500, the 2019-2026 Cadillac CT4, and the 2023-2026 Chevrolet Colorado and 2023-2025 GMC Canyon. Rather than replacing the factory diverter valve, the adapter bolts between the turbocharger outlet and the factory DV using longer M6-1.0 x 40 stainless hardware, allowing the OEM valve to continue functioning normally while venting a portion of charge air to atmosphere - producing the signature atmospheric blow-off sound on throttle lift.

This is a factory-tune-compatible, fully reversible modification - no ECU retune is required and no check engine light will appear. Installation is straightforward and requires only basic hand tools, making it one of the simplest sound upgrades available for the L3B platform. Note that aftermarket intake systems that reduce clearance near the DV location may create a tight fitment situation.
