Built from Titan's military-grade cross-linked high-density polyethylene (XLHDPE), this tank is a direct bolt-in replacement for the OEM steel after-axle tank - using the vehicle's existing mounting hardware and factory sending unit without any wiring or gauge modifications. The XLHDPE material is approximately 200 times less thermally conductive than metal, eliminating condensation, corrosion, and the lining failures that are endemic to factory steel tanks on these platforms.
