Fitment Notes

• Genuine OEM replacement diaphragm - for standard TiAL V60 60mm wastegates only
• Does NOT fit the TiAL V60D variant - the V60D uses a specialized inverted diaphragm designed for direct high-pressure compressed gas and CO2 actuation (sold separately)
• Does NOT fit TiAL MVS, MVR, F38, V44, or any other TiAL wastegate series - each size uses its own specific diaphragm

Product Description

The TiAL Sport 5211 is the genuine OEM replacement diaphragm for the V60 60mm external wastegate - TiAL's largest and highest-flowing wastegate, legendary in drag racing and road racing for its precision boost control under extreme conditions. Over time and through repeated heat cycling, the actuator diaphragm can wear or lose its sealing integrity, causing boost creep, inconsistent control, or actuator leakage. The 5211 restores the V60 to factory specification using the same high-temperature silicone, Nomex-reinforced construction as the original.

This diaphragm is specific to the standard V60 only - the V60D compressed-gas variant uses a different diaphragm and is not compatible. Designed and manufactured in Owosso, Michigan by TiAL Sport, the 5211 is a direct OEM part for use during V60 wastegate rebuilds or preventative maintenance on high-use units.
