Product Description

The TiALSport 002954 MV-S is a 38mm external wastegate engineered for precise boost control on turbocharged builds, standing just 3.7" tall -- significantly more compact than its F38 predecessor. The V-flanged design gives builders far more flexibility for fabrication and mounting compared to a traditional flange-style wastegate, making it easier to package in tight engine bays.

Built with a high-temp alloy valve and stainless steel valve housing, this wastegate is engineered for a longer service life than competing designs. A high-temperature silicone-reinforced actuator diaphragm and stainless steel actuator spring maintain consistent boost control pressure even under sustained high heat, while stainless steel hardware throughout resists corrosion in the engine bay.

With 3 lower ports and 2 top air signal ports, this wastegate installs without ever needing to rotate the actuator top to line up plumbing -- unused ports ship with plugs included. The kit includes the full range of actuator springs for 0.3-1.7
