Product Description

The TiAL Sport 3414 is the MVR 44mm V-Band external wastegate in black anodized finish, supplied with a 14.5 PSI (1.0 BAR) base spring and a complete seven-spring set covering 0.2 to 1.5 BAR. The MVR is the most compact 44mm or 46mm wastegate currently available, making it the preferred choice for builds where packaging space is limited without compromising flow capacity or control precision. It is a direct bolt-on replacement for the legacy TiAL V44 and is proven across drag racing, road racing, time attack, and circuit applications worldwide.

Built entirely in Owosso, Michigan, the MVR features an NiCrFe high-temp alloy valve, Nitronic 60 valve seat and bushing, Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm, and 17-7 PH stainless steel springs rated to 900°F - materials selected to maintain consistent boost control through sustained heat and pressure cycles. Integrated -4AN water cooling ports are included and factory leak-tested; they can be removed entirely for installations where liquid cooling is unavailable or unnecessary. V-Band connections with CNC-machined in-house stainless steel clamps and 304L flanges are included for a clean, pressure-tight installation.
