The TiAL Sport 001948 is the genuine OEM replacement diaphragm and spring cup assembly for the TiAL MVR 44mm V-Band external wastegate. The diaphragm ships pre-mounted to the aluminum spring cup for straightforward installation during a wastegate rebuild or service interval - no separate assembly or alignment required. It is a direct replacement for the original assembly used in every MVR wastegate, restoring accurate actuator travel, consistent boost control, and proper pressure response once installed.

Built from TiAL's high-temperature silicone with Nomex reinforcement, the diaphragm is engineered to withstand repeated thermal cycling and sustained boost pressure across both street and motorsport applications. This part is exclusively compatible with the MVR 44mm V-Band wastegate and will not fit the MVS 38mm, V60, or the legacy flanged V44 model.
