The TiALSport 000643 Diaphragm Assembly is a high performance replacement component designed for many of the brand's 38 mm, 41 mm and 44 mm external waste-gates. In performance turbocharger systems where boost levels rise and fatigue of internal parts becomes a concern, replacing a worn or torn diaphragm with this assembly restores precise pneumatic actuation and helps prevent boost leaks or erratic waste-gate behavior.

Installation is straightforward for experienced turbo system fabricators: remove the cover of your waste-gate housing, inspect the spring and piston assembly, install the new diaphragm assembly, secure the set screws, and re-install the cover. Because this is a universal component rather than a vehicle-specific bolt-on kit, it will work across many turbo applications - but compatibility must be confirmed with respect to waste-gate body size, actuator design and mounting orientation.
