• 2012-2015 Civic Non-Si (all body styles): Requires Tein Conversion Kit SPS12-P9043 (sold separately)
• 2014-2015 Civic Si (FB6/FG4): Requires Tein Knuckle Bracket Set SPS12-Q7848 (sold separately)
• Rear: OE spring insulator must be modified during installation
• EDFC rear motor installation requires removing, modifying, or relocating interior trim to avoid interference
• EDFC installation requires Motor Kit EDK05-10140 and Front Strut Extension Kit EDK06-K4474 (sold separately)
• Rear upper mounts reuse OE factory mounts - rear upper mounts not included in this kit

The Tein VSHC0-CUAA1-C Flex Z covers the 9th-generation Honda Civic platform (2012-2015, all trims including Si) and the Acura ILX (2013-2022, all trims) on their shared FWD architecture. With 392 lbs/in front and 448 lbs/in rear spring rates, 16-way damping adjustment, full-length ride height adjustability, and front camber-adjustable pillowball upper mounts, this kit delivers meaningful stance and handling improvement for daily drivers and Si owners alike.

Built in Yokohama, Japan with twin-tube construction and Tein's sealed damper structure, the Flex Z provides reliable long-term performance. However, this kit has model-specific fitment requirements that must be followed: Non-Si Civics require Conversion Kit SPS12-P9043; 2014-2015 Civic Si owners require Knuckle Bracket Set SPS12-Q7848; and 2012-2013 Civic Si and all ILX models install directly without additional parts. Rear upper mounts reuse the OE factory mount. The OE rear spring insulator must be modified during installation. Professional installation and wheel alignment are recommended.
