Fitment Notes

• FWD hybrid models only - fits all CR-Z trim levels (Base, EX, EX-L Navi) across both ZF1 and ZF2 chassis
• Reuses factory (OE) front and rear upper mounts - no upper mounts are included in this kit
• Ride height adjustment range differs slightly between ZF1 (2011-2012) and ZF2 (2013-2016) - see Specifications below
• EDFC compatible - requires EDFC motor kit EDK05-10120 (not the standard EDK05-12120); sold separately

Product Description

The Tein VSHA6-C1AA2 Flex Z is a complete coilover kit purpose-built for the 2011-2016 Honda CR-Z across both ZF1 and ZF2 chassis generations. With a matched 280 lbs/in front and rear spring rate tuned for the CR-Z's lightweight hybrid drivetrain and torsion beam rear suspension, and 16-way damping adjustment across the full ride height range, this kit delivers meaningful stance and handling refinement while preserving the CR-Z's efficiency-focused character.

Built in Yokohama, Japan with twin-tube construction and Tein's sealed damper structure, the Flex Z installs using the factory upper mounts - no upper mounts are provided. EDFC installation requires the specific EDK05-10120 motor kit rather than the standard EDK05-12120. Note that drop ranges differ slightly between ZF1 and ZF2 - set ride height per the specification for your chassis generation. Professional installation and wheel alignment are recommended after fitment.
