Product Description

The TEIN Street Basis Z Coilover Kit (GSB96-8USS2) is engineered to provide an affordable and reliable suspension upgrade for the 2009-2014 Acura TL FWD platform. Designed with TEIN's twin-tube damper architecture, the system delivers improved ride comfort while maintaining stable handling during spirited driving. The design allows for longer damper stroke and smoother response over rough roads compared to many monotube suspension setups.

Ride height is adjustable using a threaded spring seat, allowing owners to achieve a more aggressive stance and improved cornering balance. The system typically provides lowering capability from approximately 0.2 to 3.3 inches in the front and 0.4 to 3.0 inches in the rear depending on setup. High-tensile steel springs and corrosion-resistant threaded bodies ensure durability, while factory upper mounts are reused to simplify installation. This coilover system is designed specifically for the Acura TL UA8 FWD chassis and is not intended for other platforms.
