Product Description

The TEIN SKY70-C3B00 is an S.Tech lowering spring set for the 2000-2006 Toyota Celica GT and GT-S (ZZT230/ZZT231) FWD equipped with the 1.8L 1ZZ-FE or 2ZZ-GE four-cylinder engine. TEIN S.Tech springs are an excellent step towards suspension tuning, delivering a more aggressive appearance with approximately 1.4-1.5 inches of ride height reduction and increased road holding capability thanks to a lower center of gravity. The front spring rate of 2.6 kg/mm and rear spring rate of 3.7 kg/mm are specifically calibrated for the Celica platform, providing improved handling and cornering grip while maintaining daily drivability. Constructed from chrome vanadium SAE9254V -- a material that is durable, lightweight, and retains more of the spring's stroke than conventional spring steel.

The progressive spring rate design ensures a comfortable ride over small bumps while firming up under heavier loads and aggressive cornering. Designed for use with OEM or OEM-replacement dampers -- no aftermarket shocks required, though upgraded dampers will accelerate the benefits. Note that the front bump rubber must be cut at 15mm from the bottom, using only the upper portion. Each TEIN S.Tech application is road tested in North America by trained suspension engineers to ensure the proper balance between performance and comfort for US and Canadian road conditions.
