Product Description

The Synergy Manufacturing 4164-L is the passenger side replacement tie rod end for Synergy HD Steering Systems on 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU and 2020-2024 Gladiator JT. Its single plane design restricts misalignment to one axis only - effectively eliminating tie rod flop and the steering dead spot common in hydro-assist setups - while still allowing the full range of motion needed for suspension articulation.

Built from a forged 1018 steel housing and a 4140 induction heat-treated stud, this end is significantly stronger and more durable than both OEM and conventional aftermarket alternatives. The fully greaseable, sintered metal-on-metal bearing with machined grease grooves and spring-loaded internals ensures the joint stays tight and properly lubricated over time. This part is a direct replacement for Synergy steering bars only and will not fit factory steering linkage. Sold individually - pairs with 4163-L for a complete tie rod replacement.
