Product Description

The Synergy Manufacturing 8802-11 is a heavy-duty heat-treated chromoly tie rod engineered as a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory tie rod on 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU and 2020-2025 Gladiator JT models. CNC formed from 1.50 in. x .188 wall 4130 chromoly and heat treated after bending, this tie rod is significantly stronger than stock and guaranteed not to bend on the toughest trails. The single plane tie rod end on one side eliminates tie rod flop and the steering dead spot commonly encountered with hydro-assist setups.

The Double Adjuster Sleeve and Pinch Bolt Assembly allows on-vehicle length adjustment across all JL/JLU/JT axle width configurations without removal. No wheel size changes are required - the bar is fully compatible with stock wheels and tires. Note that due to the 1.50 in. outer diameter, retaining a steering stabilizer requires Synergy's 8807-03 High Mount Steering Stabilizer Relocation Kit (sold separately).
