The Synergy Mfg 8702-11 is a heavy-duty replacement tie rod for the 2014-2025 Ram 2500 and 2013-2025 Ram 3500 4WD trucks. Built from 1.75" x .188 wall seamless chromoly tubing that is CNC formed and heat treated after bending, this tie rod is over 200% stronger than the factory unit -- eliminating the bent tie rods, wandering steering, and constant alignment issues common with the stock component. Synergy's metal-on-metal tie rod ends use 4140 steel shanks and 1018 steel bearing housings with no nylon liners, delivering superior durability and precise steering feel under extreme loads. The single-plane tie rod end design prevents unwanted tie rod flop and eliminates the steering dead spot commonly associated with hydro-assist setups. The integrated double adjuster sleeve with forged pinch bolt housings allows toe adjustment directly on the vehicle without removal, while sealing the tube from moisture and debris. Heavy-duty nitrile-butadiene rubber boots with retaining springs protect the tie rod ends, and all joints are fully greaseable for long-term maintenance.
