The Synergy Mfg 8869-04 Front Track Bar & Sector Shaft Brace with sealed roller bearing is engineered to strengthen the steering support system on lifted Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT models. This heavy-duty brace helps distribute increased suspension loads that commonly affect the frame-side track bar bracket, especially on lifted vehicles with larger tires, reducing the risk of bracket deformation and premature steering box wear. The sealed roller bearing enhances durability and requires minimal maintenance compared to greaseable alternatives.

Constructed from CNC-formed, laser-cut high-strength steel with an abrasion-resistant powder coat finish, the 8869-04 installs as a bolt-on upgrade using basic hand tools. It features an added thickness at the track bar bolt area for improved resistance to ovalizing under stress. When used with a stock front track bar, a 2" bump stop spacer is recommended for proper clearance; however, no bump stop spacing is required when used with a Synergy adjustable track bar. A sealed roller bearing design offers a robust and long-lasting steering brace solution for off-road and daily driving alike.
