Product Description

The Synergy Manufacturing 7675-01 is a heavy-duty adjustable front track bar for 2005-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty (narrow track front axle, 4WD) and 2005-2026 Ford F-450, F-550, and F-600 Super Duty models. It is also the direct replacement for the discontinued Synergy 8675-01. The track bar is a critical steering component that keeps the front axle laterally centered under the chassis - when a lift or leveling kit is installed, the stock track bar's geometry shifts, allowing the axle to walk off-center and contributing to bump steer, handling instability, and in severe cases, steering shimmy or death wobble. Synergy's 7675-01 corrects this by providing a substantially stronger bar with an on-vehicle-adjustable length that makes re-centering the axle straightforward.

The bar is constructed from 1.50" x .250 wall USA-made DOM steel tubing and features Synergy's Dual Durometer Bushing on the driver's side - a maintenance-free, Teflon-lined design that isolates NVH without sacrificing performance or longevity. The axle-side end uses a greaseable metal-on-metal HD tie rod end for a stronger, serviceable connection. Length adjustment is performed using Synergy's double adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt, which allows the bar length to be dialed in while it remains mounted on the truck - no removal required. The bar's bent profile clears most aftermarket differential covers at full suspension compression. For a complete steering upgrade, Synergy recommends pairing with their Drag Link (8600-01) and Tie Rod (8602-11). For 2017-2023 F-250 / F-350, use Synergy 7675-02.
