Fitment Notes

• This kit replaces the forward eye bushing of the rear leaf spring - the bushing at the front mounting point where the leaf spring eye attaches to the frame hanger. This is one of two leaf spring eye positions; the rearward eye bushing (SPF5587K) and shackle bushing (SPF5588K) are sold separately.
• One kit covers both driver and passenger side rear leaf spring forward eye positions - one kit per vehicle for a complete rear forward eye bushing replacement across both sides.
• An alignment check, including thrust angle verification, is recommended after installation. Worn rear leaf spring bushings can allow the rear axle to shift its centerline relative to the chassis, causing thrust angle misalignment that produces a dog-tracking condition and accelerated front tire wear.
