The inner mounting point on the rear lower control arm is where BMW's factory rubber bushing does double duty: keeping the cabin isolated from road harshness while trying to hold the control arm precisely in place. That's a tough balance for rubber to strike, and as it wears, the tradeoff shifts toward sloppier handling - the control arm shifts more than it should under cornering and braking loads, letting rear-end response go vague.

SuperPro's SPF3952K replaces this bushing with a polyurethane design engineered specifically to hold that location more precisely, without simply being a harder, less comfortable copy of the OE part.
