The SuperPro SPF3404-80K is an 80A durometer rear differential centre support bushing kit designed for the Mazda MX-5 NC and RX-8. The OEM rubber differential mount softens over time, allowing the rear differential to shift under load - producing sluggish throttle response, wheel hop on hard launches, and audible clunking when changing throttle direction. Replacing these with SuperPro's 80A polyurethane compound firmly locates the differential, delivering immediate improvements in throttle response, cornering stability, and overall drivetrain feel.

The 80K compound is the stiffer of SuperPro's two differential bushing options for this platform, making it the preferred choice for track-day builds or spirited street drivers who prioritize performance over absolute NVH isolation. A small increase in vibration transmission compared to the 70A version (SPF3404-70K) should be expected. For street or daily use where ride comfort is the priority, the 70A version is recommended.
