The front upper control arm's inner mounting point on these VW/Audi platforms uses a bushing that, when replaced with SuperPro's double-offset design, does more than just restore stock geometry - it actively adjusts caster. Worn factory rubber bushings let the control arm drift out of its intended position, causing alignment settings to shift unpredictably and increasing tire wear on top of degraded handling feel.
