Product Description

The SuperPro TRC561 is a complete front lower control arm kit for the Ford Ranger PX I/PX II and Mazda BT-50 UP/UR. The OEM front lower control arm on these platforms uses a bolt-and-bushing assembly that is well known to corrode and seize - particularly in vehicles that see regular off-road use, creek crossings, or coastal exposure. Once the inner camber bolt rusts solid, conventional bushing replacement becomes an extremely labour-intensive job requiring the arm to be cut apart. SuperPro developed the TRC561 as the cleaner fix: a complete replacement arm with SuperPro polyurethane bushings and HD ball joints already installed, allowing the job to be completed as a straightforward arm swap.

The arms are manufactured from high-grade steel to exceed OEM strength standards, and the pre-installed SuperPro bushings provide long-term resistance to the corrosion, compression, and heat cycling that caused the original failure. The kit is VSB14 / ADR compliant, making it legally certifiable for use on Australian registered vehicles. Both arms must be replaced together to maintain correct front suspension geometry - SuperPro's recommendation backed by both manufacturer guidance and installer experience.
