Raising an independent front suspension can alter caster, camber, ball-joint angles and control-arm operating geometry, making proper wheel alignment more difficult. The TRC6540 provides a fixed-offset correction designed for vehicles with approximately 40-65 mm of lift.

The complete kit includes left and right upper control arms, heavy-duty high-articulation ball joints, SuperPro polyurethane bushings and steel tubes. The fixed geometry can provide approximately 2.5-3.5 degrees of additional caster and up to approximately 1.5 degrees of negative camber correction, depending on the vehicle and lift height. Increased clearance and articulation support both daily-driven and off-road applications while helping maintain more controlled suspension movement.
