The Stainless Works RAM21188HCAT is a long tube header kit with high-flow catalytic converters for the 2021-2025 Ram 1500 TRX equipped with the 6.2L supercharged HEMI V8. Featuring 1-7/8-inch mandrel-bent primary tubes feeding into 3-inch scavenger spiked collectors, this system is engineered to dramatically improve exhaust flow, maximize scavenging, and deliver significant horsepower and torque gains over the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds -- unlocking the full character and performance potential of the Hellcat-based engine with a bolt-on installation and proper tune.

Every component is constructed from premium corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded at Stainless Works' state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. The smooth mandrel-bent primary tubes optimize exhaust flow by eliminating the crush points and restrictions found in factory manifolds, while the high-flow catalytic converters maintain emissions compliance in most states while delivering substantially better flow than stock catalysts. The system is designed to bolt directly to the factory exhaust or pair with a Stainless Works cat-back system such as the Legend or Redline for a complete performance exhaust build. A tune is required after installation to realize the full performance gains and recalibrate the engine management system. This is a built-to-order product with an approximate 4-week lead time.
