The Stainless Works CT19HCATY is a Factory Connect long-tube header kit for the 2019-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 equipped with the 5.3L V8 EcoTec3 engine. The Factory Connect designation means the included Y-Pipe merges the dual 3" lead pipes into a single outlet that bolts directly to the truck's factory cat-back exhaust - no aftermarket cat-back is required to complete the installation. The headers themselves feature 1-7/8" CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes feeding into 3" slip-fit collectors, a construction that maximizes exhaust scavenging across the RPM range and produces measurable gains in horsepower and torque compared to the factory cast iron manifolds.

Stainless Works includes high-flow catalytic converters in place of the factory cats, providing a meaningful reduction in exhaust restriction while retaining catalytic converter function. Precision laser-cut 3/8" thick stainless steel flanges ensure a rigid, leak-free seal at the cylinder heads with exact port alignment.
