The Stainless Works RAM09HCATY long-tube header system transforms performance for Dodge Ram trucks equipped with the 5.7 L Gen III Hemi V8 from model years 2009 through 2018. With 1.875" mandrel-bent primary tubes and precision CNC-cut D-shape flanges, this assembly improves exhaust scavenging and horsepower potential while providing a direct factory-connect fit to the stock exhaust.

Constructed entirely of durable 304 stainless steel and TIG-welded with back-purgation, this header resists corrosion permanently and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. The inclusion of 3" high-flow catalytic converter leads ensures emissions tuning & race-only compliance. Factory-connect design allows bolt-on installation without modification to mid-pipe or OEM hangers.

Intended for off-road and competition use only (not CARB/EPA street legal), these headers deliver improved throttle response, reduced back-pressure, and robust longevity.
